Job Summary
ProScapes is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Supervisor to lead one of our crews in delivering high-quality lawn care and grounds maintenance services. This is a full-time year-round position with leadership responsibility and opportunities for growth.
Tasks
-Lead and manage a lawn care crew (25 team members).
-Train coach and hold team accountable for safety quality and productivity.
-Operate and maintain mowers trimmers blowers and other landscape equipment.
-Plan and execute weekly lawn maintenance routes.
-Communicate with management and clients regarding service quality and issues.
-Monitor job costs and efficiency on assigned properties.
-Assist in snow removal operations during winter season.
Requirements
-2 years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience.
-Prior crew leader or supervisor experience strongly preferred.
-Valid drivers license (CDL a plus).
-Ability to operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment.
-Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
