Job Description

Sr Backend developer

Tech Stack required for this position

Java

AWS

GO (nice to have)

Fargate

Lambda

Route53

PostgreSQL

MySQL

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Java and experience building RESTful services.
Experience working with AWS services particularly Fargate Lambda and Route53.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture distributed systems and containerized environments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Chicago IL (local candidates only).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Go (Golang) is a plus.
Experience in highly available fault-tolerant and scalable systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Understanding of networking caching and monitoring tools in cloud environments.
