Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced SAP Delivery Lead with over 20 years of overall experience including 15 17 years in Core SAP and a minimum of 5 years in SAP program and Delivery Management. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise across Manufacturing Procurement Warehouse Quality Management and Order-to-Cash processes with a proven track record in delivering large-scale SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs globally.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands-on functional expertise delivery excellence and the ability to lead distributed teams and complex client engagements from blueprint to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation projects including greenfield implementations global rollouts upgrades and AMS engagements.
Lead and manage the assigned SAP functional workstream with a team consisting functional consultants and key stakeholders.
Own overall project governance including planning budgeting resourcing risk management stakeholder alignment and delivery health.
Work directly with senior leadership and functional heads to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.
Guide teams through all phases of project delivery: business process analysis gap-fit assessment blueprinting realization testing cutover go-live and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with the Program Manager PMO and other workstream leads to align on project scope timeline and deliverables.
Ensure seamless delivery across key domains: Manufacturing (PP MFG) Procurement (P2P MM) Warehouse (EWM/WM) Quality Management (QM) Sales and Distribution (OTC SD) and Detailed Scheduling.
Collaborate in an onsite-offshore model working with cross-functional multicultural teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Champion innovation by integrating intelligent technologies such as Fiori/UI5 CPI chatbots and advanced analytics into SAP solution delivery.
