Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible for managing and developing relationships with the most important customers of a company at a national level. will develop strategic account plans drive sales performance coordinate cross-functional support and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for key national accounts.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to forecast and plan their needs.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for key accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage contracts pricing and negotiations in alignment with company policies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing supply chain Installation finance service etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resolve issues and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on account status sales performance and forecasts.
- Present insights and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- B.E/ degree (MBA optional)
- Proven experience (6 years) in key account management sales or business development preferably at the national level with Developers
Builders and Architects - Experience managing high-value B2B accounts.
