Job Summary:
The Commercial Sales and Account Representative is responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves a combination of customer service relationship management and outbound sales efforts focused on commercial clients in need of HVAC services and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with commercial clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or verticals
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC services or solutions
- Create and present customized proposals for service agreements repairs and installations
- Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Track all customer interactions opportunities and sales activity in CRM software
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay informed of industry trends market activity and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales account management or HVAC-related services (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and organized
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
