Job Description

Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales and Account Representative is responsible for managing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role involves a combination of customer service relationship management and outbound sales efforts focused on commercial clients in need of HVAC services and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with commercial clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or verticals
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC services or solutions
  • Create and present customized proposals for service agreements repairs and installations
  • Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Track all customer interactions opportunities and sales activity in CRM software
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay informed of industry trends market activity and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales account management or HVAC-related services (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and organized
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is required
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
