Job Summary

About the Role

Client is seeking a Product Manager Consumer Products to support digital and technology transformation initiatives. This role will bridge business partners and technical teams maintaining a well-prioritized product backlog and ensuring delivery of consumer-facing technologies that create value.

The Product Manager will also handle elements of project management including roadmaps project plans risk and issue tracking and status reporting. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with product peers engineers leadership and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and engineering teams to define and refine product features and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and processes providing clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce deliverables such as project plans product roadmaps risk/issue logs and status reports.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external business partners/vendors.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate product vision risks dependencies and progress to stakeholders including VP-level leadership.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features under tight deadlines and in a matrixed environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 5 years experience in product management product ownership or related IT application design/development roles.
  • Strong Product Owner experience managing and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (CSM certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management best practices (Agile Waterfall Scrum).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); able to explain product vision and technical details clearly.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience delivering results in high-pressure fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or related field (or equivalent experience/certification).
