Job Summary
Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Phoenix AZ 85043
Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM 3:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Always utilize proper PPE and safety equipment.
- Follow and understand written instructions documenting travelers and log sheets.
- Maintain required production time standards.
- Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
- Produce parts per certification and quality guidelines.
- Cross-train team members and support various production areas (grit blast grinding belt sand chisel tact weld braze cleaning).
- Maintain housekeeping using 5-S principles.
- Ensure compliance with company quality requirements and ethical standards.
- Communicate professionally with peers leadership and customers.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in English (speaking reading writing).
- Must pass required tests including annual exams.
- 1 years experience in a production environment preferred.
- Ability to meet performance standards within six months.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Self-motivated accountable and team-oriented.
- Lean skills and process improvement mindset.
