Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). The BA will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions ensuring smooth integration between sales processes and customer support workflows.
Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business requirements from sales marketing and customer service stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow CSM.

Support integration between Salesforce (customer acquisition/management) and ServiceNow (customer service/support).

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper system configuration and workflow design.

Conduct gap analysis process improvements and stakeholder communication.

Assist in UAT training and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
-
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow CSM.

Strong understanding of sales processes customer service workflows and cross-platform integrations.

Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in a hybrid environment preferred.
