About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Outbound Specialist with a background in dance to join our team in Phoenix AZ.
This part-time hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is eager to contribute to both administrative and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general office support with daily operations.
Participate in marketing initiatives including social media content creation community outreach and promotional events.
Conduct product or service demos as needed showcasing offerings with energy and professionalism.
Assist with planning and coordinating dance-related activities or events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office functioning and brand representation.
Qualifications:
Prior experience or formal training in dance (any style).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to take on marketing and demo tasks with creativity and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite 4 hours/day).
