Plantiff Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice Legal Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. This is a hands-on in-office position where you will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through every phase of litigation.

What Youll Do

Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation
Draft file and manage legal documents pleadings and discovery
Maintain case calendars deadlines and trial schedules
Communicate with clients experts opposing counsel and courts
Organize and manage case files and trial preparation materials
Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth case management

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Comfortable with in-office work environment and team collaboration
