Job Description
Plantiff Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice Legal Assistant
We are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. This is a hands-on in-office position where you will play an integral role in supporting attorneys through every phase of litigation.

What Youll Do
- Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation
- Draft file and manage legal documents pleadings and discovery
- Maintain case calendars deadlines and trial schedules
- Communicate with clients experts opposing counsel and courts
- Organize and manage case files and trial preparation materials
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth case management
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Comfortable with in-office work environment and team collaboration
