Job Description
Title: Equipment Services Associate
- This position works in a light manufacturing environment and is responsible for refurbishing of all refill equipment in compliance with company procedures and standards.
- The Equipment Services -- Refill associate tests troubleshoots and refurbishes equipment on various models of refill equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair different types of refill equipment as required
- Perform operational checks and sanitization required on all equipment
- Work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
- Always follow safety guidelines and good manufacturing processes
- Use problem solving skills to support continuous improvement
- Read technical manuals to support repairs
- Complete documentation and record keeping as assigned for the position
- Maintain clean orderly manufacturing area
- Perform all basis refurbishment functions (disassemble assemble clean sanitize quality assurance)
- Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and goal
- Electrical plumbing and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills desired
- Ability to use proper tools as provided
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Physically able to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to frequently bend stoop and stand for a prolonged period
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
- Forklift experience preferred
