Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM

Job Description:

Responsibilities

This position works in a light manufacturing environment and is responsible for refurbishing of all refill equipment in compliance with company procedures and standards.
The Equipment Services -- Refill associate tests troubleshoots and refurbishes equipment on various models of refill equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair different types of refill equipment as required
Perform operational checks and sanitization required on all equipment
Work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
Always follow safety guidelines and good manufacturing processes
Use problem solving skills to support continuous improvement
Read technical manuals to support repairs
Complete documentation and record keeping as assigned for the position
Maintain clean orderly manufacturing area
Perform all basis refurbishment functions (disassemble assemble clean sanitize quality assurance)
Actively participate in team huddles to support performance objectives and goal

Qualifications

Electrical plumbing and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills desired
Ability to use proper tools as provided
Good verbal and writing skills
Physically able to safely lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to frequently bend stoop and stand for a prolonged period
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards
Forklift experience preferred

Note: Steel toe shoes are required
