Job Summary
I-9 Compliance Audit Specialist (Contingent Role) Were looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our HR Compliance team on a temporary this role youll focus on reviewing and auditing Form I-9 documentation and E-Verify records to ensure accuracy and completeness. What Youll Do: Audit Form I-9s and confirm E-Verify cases are properly completed Identify and correct documentation discrepancies Work with HR team members managers and employees to update records as needed Track progress and maintain accurate audit documentation Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance practices What Were Looking For: Experience with I-9 administration auditing or HR compliance preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus Strong organizational and communication skills High level of discretion with sensitive employee information
