Location: Remote (Locals preferred)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Analyst / Project Facilitator to bridge the gap between technical teams business stakeholders and project management leadership. This role involves analyzing technical requirements supporting system troubleshooting coordinating project activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will enhance project delivery through effective communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical requirements and system workflows across clinical and business applications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including status reports and risk logs.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Recommend process improvements for enhanced IT project delivery.
Required Technical Skills:
- Epic implementation or operations support experience (2 years)
- Health IT experience (2 years)
- Application development and system integration knowledge (nice to have)
- Ability to manage timelines and project resources effectively (2 years)
- Experience in the entire development process including quality assurance (2 years)
