Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Hybris ECommerce Consultant

Job Location: Plano Texas or Seattle WA and (if any other US remote location - Travel may be required when needed)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP OTC TechnoFunctional Consultant with 10 years of experience in SAP SDOTC processes and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will also have handson exposure to SAP Hybris SAP Commerce or other eCommerce platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes cross-functional integration FI MM CRM Hybris and the ability to drive complex solutioning in both technical and business process areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead OTC solutioning configuration and implementation across SAP SD modules including Pricing Order Management Billing Credit Management Delivery and Returns.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
Design and deliver integrated solutions with SAP Commerce (Hybris) or other front-end platforms to enable seamless digital order processing.
Develop or guide ABAP enhancements including user exits BAPIs BADIs LORD API and custom reports.
Manage and troubleshoot EDIIDoc interfaces batch jobs and integration flows with eCommerce and third-party logistics systems.
Lead functional testing regression testing UAT support and deployment activities.
Provide mentoring to junior consultants and assist in solution reviews quality assurance and best practice governance.

Required SkillsExperience:

10 years of experience in SAP SD / OTC as a techno-functional consultant.
Proven experience with configuration of Sales Orders Delivery Pricing Billing Credit Checks and Account Receivables.
Strong ABAP debugging skills and knowledge of enhancement frameworks.
Experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud integration with SAP backend systems.
Solid understanding of B2B/B2C eCommerce flows including cart checkout pricing sync and order replication.
Deep knowledge of integration touchpoints across SAP modules (FI MM WM GTS).
Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments with global delivery teams.
Strong communication leadership and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SAP OTC/ SAP Hybris processes
Prior involvement in SAP Commerce upgrade or rollout projects.
Knowledge of REST APIs CPI/PI/PO or other middleware tools.
Experience manufacturing industries is a plus.
SAP certification in SD or Commerce Cloud is a strong advantage.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
