Job Title: Paid Ads Strategist (Senior)

Location: Bangalore Kozhikode
Experience: 35 years
Compensation: Up to 60000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Strategist to join our Digital Marketing team in this role you will be responsible for planning executing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will take full ownership of campaign strategy budget management and performance optimization to deliver measurable ROI. This position is ideal for someone with 35 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and can independently drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and amp; Management: Plan and manage multi-channel PPC campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.

Budget Ownership: Handle ad spends effectively ensuring maximum ROI and efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).

Advanced Targeting: Develop and optimize audience segmentation retargeting and lookalike campaigns.

Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives copy and landing pages tailored for conversions.

Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing optimize bids and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Market and amp; Competitor Research: Stay updated on trends in paid media competitor strategies and evolving ad platforms.

Integration with Sales and amp; Marketing: Align campaigns with overall digital marketing and lead generation strategies to support revenue goals.



Skills and amp; Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.

35 years of proven experience in managing high-budget paid ads campaigns (preferably in SaaS or B2B).

Strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads..

Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics Tag Manager UTM tracking Data Studio).

Ability to manage monthly budgets in lakhs while ensuring measurable returns.

Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are highly preferred.
