Job Summary
Were a growing digital marketing and web development agency primarily working on with all our clients based internationally. Were looking for someone who can confidently handle pre- and post-sales activities. Whether youre a and nbsp;motivated fresher and nbsp;or someone with and nbsp;12 years of experience if youre a go-getter who enjoys client interaction and coordination this role is for you.
What Youll Be Doing
- Work on bidding and proposal submissions on Upwork Freelancer etc.
- Take client calls to convert them and understand their requirements
- Understand client requirements and relay them clearly to the team.
- Handle project onboarding and post-sales follow-ups.
- Support delivery coordination to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
What Were Looking For
- Basic understanding of Web Development you wont be coding but you should understand whats being built.
- Excellent English communication skills and nbsp; written and spoken.
- Comfortable with and nbsp;flexible work timings and nbsp;depending on client location.
- A and nbsp;self-driven go-getter attitude and nbsp; someone who takes ownership and doesnt wait to be told what to do.
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience and nbsp;in web sales bidding client coordination or support roles.
