We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Business Development Manager (SEA) for our client in the security & surveillance industry. This role combines sales leadership key account management and technical engagement to accelerate growth and position our client’s surveillance solutions as the preferred choice in the region.
Requirements:
Business Growth & Sales Execution

Drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint across the SEA Region

Identify qualify and close new business opportunities strategic partnerships and high-value accounts.

Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to showcase solution capabilities and secure customer buy-in.
Client & Partner Engagement
-
Cultivate strong long-term relationships with key customers channel partners and stakeholders.

Understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product portfolio.

Position the company as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and solution-driven approaches.
Leadership & Collaboration
-
Mentor and coach sales specialists fostering a results-driven high-performance culture.
-
Work hand-in-hand with Engineering and A&E consultants to develop specifications for major projects and tenders.

Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Technical & Product Expertise

Deliver persuasive technical presentations demos and solution briefings to prospects and clients.

Support installation configuration and commissioning activities when required.

Stay hands-on with leading VMS platforms such as Milestone and Genetec ensuring readiness for customer integration needs.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
-
At least 5 years’ experience in IP video surveillance with proven success in sales and business development.

Solid background in installation commissioning and running POCs independently.
-
Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and close large complex deals.

Exposure to multinational manufacturers or global system integrators within the surveillance/security domain.
-
Strong working knowledge of Milestone and/or Genetec platforms is highly preferred.

Energetic resourceful and results-oriented professional with a “go-getter” mindset.
