Basic knowledge of JSON XML (data parsing validation).

Understanding of SQL databases (querying updating troubleshooting).

Familiarity with website/application updates and configuration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for marine domain software products.

Handle configuration updates and troubleshooting of applications.

Assist in parsing and validating data (HF Noon Weather etc.) in JSON format.
-
Query and analyze SQL databases to investigate issues and support reporting.
-
Support product deployment and testing in UAT/Production environments.
-
Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve client-reported issues.
-
Document recurring issues resolutions and configuration steps.
-
Provide timely support for vessel onboarding and client operations.
