Job Description

permanent Position: Data Capture Specialist Venture Resources is a leading data capture company based in Johannesburg South Africa. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Capture Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Data Capture Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing data from various sources into our systems. This will involve working with large volumes of data ensuring its accuracy and completeness and maintaining data integrity. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or errors. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately capture data from various sources into our systems - Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data - Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors - Maintain data integrity and ensure data is up-to-date - Work with large volumes of data and meet tight deadlines - Collaborate with team members to improve data capture processes and efficiency - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data capture Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science or a related field - 2 years of experience in data capture or a similar role - Proficient in data entry and data management - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with data capture software and tools - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
