Job Summary
A leading plastic packaging manufacturer is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Jnr Setter to join their production team. If you have hands-on experience in stretch/blow moulding and are ready to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing environment this could be your next career move.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up adjust and operate stretch/blow moulding machines to meet production targets
Conduct changeovers and minor maintenance on moulding equipment
Ensure machines are operating efficiently with minimal downtime
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
Work closely with the production team to meet shift objectives
Minimum Requirements:
N3 Mechanical qualification (essential)
Hands-on experience with stretch/blow moulding processes
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to work shifts and as part of a team
