- Familiar with manufacturing process and quality control with manufacturing quality management experience
- Good in English written and verbal communication skills
- BS in engineering (mechanical preferred) MS degree as a plus
- Strong skillsets on GD&T SPC MSA fields
- Data analysis and FA skills
- AI/ML knowledge can leverage AI/ML tools in MQE deliverables and improve working efficiency
- Good initiative can-do attitude and problem solving skills
