Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Workday () training programs for HR staff recruiters and managers.
- Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization internship programs interviewing & hiring best practices and Workday recruiting processes.
- Maintain and update training materials guides and exams to reflect policy/system changes and learner feedback.
- Conduct virtual and in-person instructor-led training sessions.
- Research and apply best practices in HRIS training and performance management programs.
- Analyze training effectiveness and Workday adoption through data reporting dashboards and presentations.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course enrollment reporting and user support.
- Respond to training-related inquiries and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience delivering training across multiple formats (online virtual LMS multimedia).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex HRIS concepts clearly.
- Program management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint).
- Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM Recruiting Compensation or Talent Management modules.
- HRIS training and instructional design background preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of HR experience; OR
- One (1) year experience at HR Spec 2 (HRP021) level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated Workday training or system administration experience.
