Job Summary
The Music Publishing team is responsible for Apples relationships with music publishers and songwriters from strategic commercial operational and creative standpoints. We have a new opportunity for a Music Publishing specialist to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract. The Creative Services Music Publishing team is focused on highlighting the work of songwriters and producers on Apple Music sharing their discographies and stories with music fans around the world. Creative Services also works closely with the Music Creation Apps & Software team to help songwriters and producers perfect their craft across tools like GarageBand and Logic Pro.
- A strong understanding of the structure of and relationships within the music publishing industry.
- A passion for songwriters the creative process and the business side of the music industry.
- An understanding of Apple Music ecosystem.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills including task tracking and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
