Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Wolverhampton
Up to 35000
Were partnering with a design-led practice in Birmingham that balances creativity with practicality and takes pride in doing things properly. My client is now looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its Date Centre teamsomeone who combines technical ability with a genuine passion for design.
What youll be doingas a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Supporting senior designers with concept development and detailed design
- Producing 3D models technical drawings and visualisations
- Assisting with planning applications and regulatory processes
- Joining site visits reviews and client meetings
- Contributing to presentations research and design development
What theyre looking foras a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent) with a portfolio that shows both creativity and clarity
- Proficiency in Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
- A sound understanding of UK building regulations and planning systems
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Experience within the Industrial sector although they would consider other project experience.
