Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Were partnering with a design-led practice in Birmingham that balances creativity with practicality and takes pride in doing things properly. My client is now looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its Date Centre teamsomeone who combines technical ability with a genuine passion for design.

What youll be doingas a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Supporting senior designers with concept development and detailed design
Producing 3D models technical drawings and visualisations
Assisting with planning applications and regulatory processes
Joining site visits reviews and client meetings
Contributing to presentations research and design development

What theyre looking foras a Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent) with a portfolio that shows both creativity and clarity
Proficiency in Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
A sound understanding of UK building regulations and planning systems
Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
Experience within the Industrial sector although they would consider other project experience.
