Job Summary
Care Assistant (Nights). Parklands Care Home
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Hours: 33 hours per week (3 shifts) including alternate weekend working
- Shifts: 8pm-8am

As a Care Assistant on Nights you will:
- Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents during night hours
- Assist with personal care mobility and bedtime routines
- Support residents throughout the night ensuring comfort and safety
- Respond promptly to any needs or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
- A kind empathetic and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work alternate weekends and night shifts
- A genuine passion for supporting older people

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
