Job Summary

This role will be on site at Cytiva in Marlborough MA - may have flexibility with hybrid after a few weeks into the internship.
What you will do:
- Build financial analytics to understand historical timing/growth of consumables sales associated with hardware sales for Enterprise Upstream & Fluid Management and Downstream.
- Complete physical inventory responsibilities for 2026 cycle for all MA local sites. Tag all assets with Cytiva fixed asset tag and input asset serial numbers into GEARS fixed asset tracking system.
- Intern would most likely convert to the Finance Analyst - Upstream & Fluid Management role
What you will learn:
- Build an understanding of Cytiva products and customers (both responsibilities)
- See Cytiva local facilities labs and lab equipment see how R&D testing is done (physical inventory)
- Use financial analytics skills to help drive business decisions for future investments (Commercial analytics)
Team Structure:
- You will work along side 2 analyst and report to the Sr. Director of Finances.
- Cytiva offices are business casual
Requirements:
- Rising Senior preferred
- Leadership experience at school
- 3.0 GPA preferred in major related to Finance/Accounting/Economics (can consider adjacent majors such as math operations mgmt. etc.)
- Previous finance internship preferred but not required
- Knowledge of accrual accounting and financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Clear communication and presentation skills
Hourly Rate:
$28-30 per hour
