How youll contribute
The Patient Service Representative Supervisor supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
Qualifications and requirements
Education: Highschool Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have understanding and working knowledge of practice softwares (Athena and Practice Partner) and billing process
Essential functions:
Determines coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
Provides direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with
performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures and protocols.
Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies.
