HGV Technician - Prestige Dealer Group

Basic Salary: 40,000
Realistic OTE: 55,000+ (uncapped bonus)
Location: Southampton

We are working in partnership with a highly respected, family-owned automotive group representing some of the world's most prestigious brands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced HGV Technicians to join their state-of-the-art workshop in Southampton.

The Role

• Diagnose, repair, and service HGVs to manufacturer standards

• Use the latest diagnostic equipment to resolve faults efficiently

• Carry out routine maintenance, safety inspections and MOT preparation

• Maintain accurate service documentation and warranty records

• Ensure a safe, professional, and tidy workshop environment

About You

• Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with HGVs in a dealer or fleet workshop environment

• Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude

• Full UK Driving Licence (HGV licence desirable)
