Performs professional technical and analytical support services for internal and external users and customers which lead toward the design installation modification and programming of more complex and difficult business process automation and telecommunication solutions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented IT professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They bring experience supporting business process automation and enterprise applications with knowledge of SQL system testing and documentation. Skilled at collaborating with users and technical staff they can translate business needs into effective technology solutions while communicating clearly and meeting deadlines. With a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) strong project coordination skills and the ability to stay current on emerging technologies this candidate ensures reliable high-quality IT support and system improvements

SELECTION PROCESS
1. Complete Online Application - Interested candidates MUST submit a completed application through the Citys application system. Evaluation of meeting requirements will be made solely on information provided on the application and any required attachments.
2. The selection process will begin with a screening of the application/resume - The best qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the assessment process. The selection process will include (dates to be determined).
3. Oral Board Interview - (Weighted 100% Passing Score 70%).
4. Pre-Employment Screening Selected candidates for this position are subject to a pre-employment screening which includes but is not limited to local & state criminal history check; federal criminal history checks via submission of fingerprints; and drug screening.
5. Selection/Offers - The selection process may include any combination of written performance and oral assessments to evaluate job-related education experience knowledge skills and abilities. The City reserves the right to modify selection devices and test instruments in accordance with accepted legal ethical and professional standards. The City will provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities.
