Lead and support new product introduction activities from development to mass production.

Coordinate engineering builds manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support new product introduction activities from development to mass production.
Collaborate with R&D Process Engineering Quality and Operations teams to ensure smooth product launch.
Develop and execute qualification plans including reliability testing and failure analysis.
Monitor and improve yield quality and performance of new products during ramp-up.
Analyze production data to identify and resolve process or design-related issues.
Coordinate engineering builds manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
Prepare and present technical reports and updates to stakeholders.
Support customer qualification and respond to technical inquiries related to new products.
Job Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics or a related field.
Minimum 12 years experience or 1 year of internship/work in the semiconductor industry required.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operations.
Familiarity with reliability standards such as JEDEC and AEC-Q100.
Knowledge of failure analysis techniques and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Excel including Macros Word).
Basic knowledge of Project Management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new and advancing semiconductor technologies and testing methodologies.
