Job Summary
As our General Services Utilities Engineering Officer you will be responsible for maintaining the sound engineering condition of all our clinics and the Head Office. Youll lead the monitoring evaluation and improvement of all utility services including Electrical Mechanical Fire Protection and Plumbing systems. From routine audits to emergency solutions youll be a key figure in optimizing our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive field inspections of all clinics and the Head Office (mechanical electrical plumbing fire protection sanitary).
Lead monthly audits and annual reports on utility services ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
Oversee bidding and procurement processes for engineering-related services and items.
Develop and present proposals to enhance engineering systems and efficiency.
Organize and manage Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) including permits and vendor coordination.
Provide immediate response and solutions to utility-related emergencies.
Support communication with machine suppliers alongside the machine technician.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
PRC Licensed Engineer (Board Passer) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in design construction and/or facility management.
Preferred Skills
Strong project management and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with local codes and regulatory standards
Experience working in multi-site or healthcare-related facilities is a plus
