You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager of IT is responsible for one or more of the following: application support platform testing problem / incident management capacity management change management middle ware & database support platform engineering platform monitoring platform tools and efficient engagement / integration with enterprise & wholesale engineering and support teams. This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day operational execution (100% Transactional).
Responsibilities
Application support for internally developed and vendor applications. 25%
Conduct platform testing support including test environment management. 25%
Management of direct reports. 10%
Manage platform problem incident capacity and change in partnership with the associated enterprise and wholesale teams. 30%
Other IT management projects as assigned. 10%
Education
Required: Bachelors; Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology Software Engineering OR Math Finance Other
Preferred: Masters/Advanced; Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology Software Engineering
Language
Required: Fluent in English
Experience
Required: Typically 7 years buisiness experience. Individual is expected to be subject area expert in one (or more) specific skill sets business areas or products.. Relevant programming languages (Java). Ability to complete day-to-day activities independently. Interpersonal skills necessary to oversee a small team of junior staff..
Preferred: Experience working for a publicly traded company in a similar role. Mastery of relevant programming languages (Java).
