Job Description

MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRICE STUDIES BUSINESS MANAGER:PRIOR TO WINNING THE BUSINESS PROJECT Conduct an analysis of the projects legal technical financial and human risks and review the studies/the contract Identify the specific technical and SQE requirements Find the best technical and economic solutions for the project and research alternatives Establish the internal cost estimate based on reference prices Prepare the company bidSUBSEQUENT TO WINNING THE BUSINESS PROJECT Establish the provisional schedule and the resources necessary to carry out the operation Draft all or part of the bids technical brief Prepare the technical and financial documents required for the wrap-up meeting in conjunction with the department manager (sales breakdown sheet summary of all-trades work)JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 2-5 years higher educationTRAINING SUBJECTS Building - Civil engineering - Construction economy REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEJunior engineer or minimum 5 years experience as a price studies technician; works-related experience appreciatedJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALPricing - Methods - Commercial - Real estate - Purchasing - Works EXTERNALControl offices - Economists - Specialized engineering firms - Sub-contractors Suppliers - Project ManagerProfil:
Vous tes diplm-e dune formation de type Bac2 Bac5 spcialits Btiment Gnie Civil ouvrage dart ou Economie de la construction.
Vous disposez dune exprience de 5 ans en tudes de prix.
Vous tes autonome rigoureux et avez un got pour le travail en quipe.
