What youll do:
Operate a wide range of production equipment and tooling including grinders polishers deburr machines grit blasters pressure washers pickle tanks paint equipment and material-handling equipment (forklifts jib/gantry cranes etc.).
Prepare components for painting and finishing including cleaning and masking.
Size blend and measure components using a variety of hand tools and shop equipment.
Maintain accountability for compliance safety quality and productivity in all tasks.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
What youll bring:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 1 year of mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical pneumatic and manual hand tools.
Assessment: Ability to successfully pass a manufacturing skills assessment.
Work Readiness: 18 years of age or older; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts with or without reasonable accommodation; willingness to work 1st shift.
Safety: Commitment to working in a tobacco-free environment and willingness to wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses gloves hard hats ear plugs and safety shoes).
Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship now or in the future).

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $21.292 - $22.455. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close Oct 20th 2025.
