Your Opportunity We are seeking aNew Resident and Remodeling Services Coordinator(Full-Time)whose primary responsibility is assisting new residents with the move-in process including home finish selections and move scheduling. He/she serves as the liaison between New Residents and Fleet Landing working closely with the Remodeling Services and Sales team to ensure streamlined communication and excellent customer service throughout the process. The New Resident and Remodeling Services Coordinator also managers a variety of administrative tasks to support residents and the Remodeling Services team. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with all Depositors in personal appointments to review the details of their residence and their move.
- Assist the Depositor in making finish selections including but not limited to flooring paint cabinets fixtures countertops and appliances.
- Communicate these choices and selections to the appropriate vendors.
- Prepare upgrade request detailing the Depositors proposed upgrade and submit it to Remodeling Services for review via Blue Fingerprint.
- Collaborate with Remodeling Services and vendors as needed to clarify personalization choices and special requests.
- Perform walk thru and coordinate with contractors and/or community maintenance personnel punch list items that needs completion prior to Depositor/Resident Walk thru.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree; or equivalent experience Experience: Experience in customer service and/or one or two years in apartment make-readies a plus.
