The Corporate Education Manager leads the effective and efficient training of all new Indiana Health Centers employees through cooperative policy development regular monitoring and follow-up. They design develop implement and measure organizational systems and processes related to training and education. Additionally they ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations IHCs mission vision values and strategic plan performance objectives and accreditation standards.
The position requires frequent travel to IHC locations throughout the state of Indiana. Additionally this role supervises the Corporate Clinical Educator Corporate Educator and Early Childhood Development (ECD) Nurses.
