Job Summary
Position: Knowledge Manager
LCAT:Senior
Location: Reston VA
Clearance: TS/SCI and CI poly required; those with active CI polys will have preference.
Desired experience: 12 years
Desired education:Bachelors degree
Basic qualifications
- Task management experience
- Minimum five years IC or Department of Defense experience
- Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency or intelligence-related operations
- Experience with Office of Analysis
- Communication and coordination of tasks including delegating tasks to team membersand monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Task Delegation: Assign tasks to team members ensuring clear understanding of deadlines.
- Communication: Act as a single point of contact for task-related issues and provide regular updates to team members leadership and other stakeholders.
- Organization: Managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously to ensure efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in tasks and documentation and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Leadership: Guiding and motivating team members to meet project deadlines.
