Job Description

The selected candidate will:

Research and report on regulatory changes to ensure compliance including working with consultants to achieve compliance.
Assist withimplementing procedures for monitoring compliance guidelines training new employees and retrain all employees on compliance procedures when applicable.
Provide support and answer questions regarding policies.
Conduct product department and branch compliance reviews.
Enhance compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Encourage productive and positive enthusiasm with team members.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidates background will include:

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. BS in Business Industrial Safety Environmental Engineering preferred.
Minimum 1 yearexperience in a compliance role for Company or related outside job experience preferred.
Good communication skills/phone skills required
Computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace
SAP experience preferred.

Physical attendance at the worksite.
