Providing finance admin support to the company. Duties to include but not restricted to:
- Circulate weekly overdue invoice sheet
- Circulate bi-monthly project review sheet for UK
- Assist and provide the correct guidance to project managers when opening projects in ERP system (Maconomy)
- Assist project managers in submitting revised budgets and change orders where required.
- Lead mid-month project reviews and following up with project managers.
- Assist project managers in raising sales invoices.
- Chase overdue invoices with project managers
- Use of the project accounting system (Maconomy) and provide guidance and training to project managers and new joiners
- Send timesheets status reports at end of month
- Assist employees with timesheet queries
- Assist PMs with populating and submitting client on boarding forms
- Assist with any other ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting.
- 35 years of experience in finance/accounts/ Management reporting.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups SUMIFS pivots etc)
- Working Experience in using MS Outlook/ MS Teams
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Quick learner
- experience of using an ERP system preferably Maconomy
