Talent Development Content Developer

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Design and develop engaging adult learning materials including curricula course outlines interactive eLearning modules training aids and instructor-led resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that supports business goals and compliance requirements.
• Use tools like Articulate 360 and other multimedia software to create impactful learning experiences.
• Manage and update the training resources library ensuring materials are accurate accessible and compliant with state regulations.
• Support instructors by training them on content delivery best practices and newly developed learning materials.
• Train and coach facilitators on delivering content effectively and provide consultation as needed.
• Plan and implement assessment methods to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment from creating new training from scratch to updating existing content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends tools and techniques to enhance learning strategies.

Qualifications :

Must Have :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 
• 3 years in curriculum development/instructional design
• Proficiency in general computer and technical skills
• Proficient in Articulate 360 and Microsoft 360 Suite
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content
• Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills
• Proficient in translating complex subject matter into accessible learner-friendly instructional content; such as interactive eLearning courses job aids and microlearning assets
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills as well as time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously

         Nice to Have:

• Experience with recording software such as Audacity Techsmith Snag-It Canva and/or other photo and sound editing software
• Previous experience or education with individuals with disabilities; working with this population in a community and/or residential setting

Work Schedule 

• This is a full-time role supporting employees across all four time zones. While the typical schedule is Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or support key initiatives.
