Responsibilities
Delivery of multiple and small/large scale digital marketing implementation andtransformation projects across several geographies ( APACEMEAAMER ) using a large Digital transformation engagement with multiple partners and complexmatrix customer organization or a Industry vertical with 20-40 customer engagementsExperience in executing and leading multi-stage projects that direct efficient use ofresources and improved cost management through business transformation & in taking care of senior partners across geographies working in a complexmatrix lead a team of resources to successfully implement Adobes digital marketing a team of Architects Project Managers Strategist and consultants on a complex end toend digital transformationAbility to act as a Client Partner for a customer and be prescriptive in solutions andrecommendations of best practices
Fostering and developing talent who help clients optimize their digital assets and unlock valuein the areas of commerce content and marketing for global clients across various delivery excellence for a complex small/large scale digital platforms by settingproject quality & performance standards governing risks and issues handling clientescalations & directly mentoring and handling the and managing projects and programs to meet overall objectives and clientbusiness in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery and expertise in handling Systems Integrator (SI) ( SBR/QBRPerformanceDashboard Maturity ModelOutcome based ) partnerships for customer deliverySME on the Digital Marketing Tools such as of Digital Marketing technologies and tools suchas search engine optimization (SEO) search engine marketing (SEM) content marketinginfluencer marketing content automation campaign marketing data-driven marketing ande-commerce marketing social media marketing social media optimization e-mail directmarketing is requiredSales Pipeline Funnel Intake process management to grow this businessResponsible for Driving Customer Value Delivery Quality and Customer success includingsuccessful renewals of services with key customers

Qualifications
A bachelors degree in engineering
Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing technologies/platforms toolsets and
trends is required
Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud namely Adobe Analytics Adobe Target Adobe Social
Adobe Experience Manager Adobe Media Optimizer Adobe Campaign Audience Manager
and Primetime is a plus
5 Years experience in US preferably in a client partner or a Delivery Manager Role
At-least 5 years experience in managing a P&L and responsible for Employee Engagement and
customer success
Achievement and success-driven personality with strong cross business collaboration skills
Strong (oral and written) English communication skills
Ability to influence and interact with all levels internal and external stakeholders
Good in prioritization time management and has excellent follow through skills
Good team player with extraordinary networking skills with ability to deliver impact
Ability to deliver exceptional Partner experience by acting as their trusted advisor
Self-Starter assertive and can do attitude
