Work Period: May 2026 to August 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with 4 days per week onsite in Needham MA and the remaining day worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range:Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: As a Product Development CORE Quality Intern at SharkNinja you will support the CORE team in ensuring the highest standards for product performance and customer satisfaction. This role provides hands-on experience in quality assurance testing and products within a dynamic product development environment.
Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:
- Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance durability and compliance.
- Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Manufacturing to improve product quality.
- Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelors program or currently enrolled in a masters program
- Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham MA
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
