As a Security Engineer At JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls youare an integral part of a team that works to develop high-quality cybersecurity solutions for various software applications and platform products. Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of cybersecurity challenges that span multiple technology domains. You will be responsible for designing and reviewing secure cloud infrastructure architectures for our enterprise AI/ML applications. We are looking for a cloud security leader who is passionate about AI/ML security and can solve and identify security concerns through innovation and industry practices. You will be required to apply your in-depth of cloud security knowledge and expertise to all aspects of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning development lifecycle as well as partner continuously with your many product stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Job responsibilities

  1. Perform deployment configuration testing and integration tasks as per defined engineering stories and support product operations.
  2. Perform thorough security assessments of AI systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks.
  4. Develop and implement new Cloud Security Strategies championing a DevOps security model to ensure automated and elastic security across all platforms.
  5. Support secure Cloud adoption by working hands-on with development teams to foster a Cloud-first mindset in transitioning workloads.
  6. Understand Line of Business (LOB) technology drivers and their impact on architecture design performance monitoring best practices and JPMC policies.
  7. Ensure all engineering activities conform to JPMC policies and objectives.
  8. Prepare detailed reports on security assessment findings including recommendations for improvements.
  9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures and outcomes for future reference and audits.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  1. Formal training or certification on software engineering/architecture concepts and 3 years applied experience
  2. Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise level cybersecurity solutions and controls
  3. knowledge in architecting designing and Integrating security solutions in a large-scale enterprise of highly distributed applications
  4. Proficient in coding with Python and experienced in designing and deploying solutions using Terraform.
  5. Experience creating and handling CI/CD pipelines application resiliency and security.
  6. Experience with Cloud Computing and services like AWS Azure GCP
  7. knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Security concepts threats and vulnerabilities including Generative Large Language Models
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
  1. AWS services Certification
  2. Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST 800-53 OWASP CVSS the MITRE ATT&CK frame MITRE Atlas PCI and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
