Were seeking a growth-focused results-driven Associate Communications Manager to execute consumer-facing communication strategies that drive engagement build brand loyalty and support business this role youll help deliver campaigns across multiple channelsincluding email SMS websites social media affiliates and digital advertisingoptimizing key metrics like open rates CTR engagement and conversion.
Youll work across multiple brands with a focus on our outdoors and security brands and collaborate closely with creative marketing and analytics teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive consumer experience. This role reports to the Direct Commerce Communications Manager.
Position location: This is a hybrid roleTuesday through Thursday in the office Monday and Friday remote.
What you will be doing
- Translate communications strategy into compelling consumer-facing messaging across channels.
- Assist in managing and executing the campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery across all platforms.
- Lead creative development including copywriting and partner with the internal creative studio to produce campaign assets.
- Act as the HubSpot system stewardmanage audience segmentation personalization QA scheduling and reporting.
- Execute A/B testing for email and SMS campaigns to optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to refine communication strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a consistent brand voice and consumer experience.
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3 years of experience in brand marketing marketing communications or integrated marketing.
- 13 years of experience in B2C email and/or SMS marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills; experience with tools like is a plus.
- Highly motivated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Experience with CRM tools (example: HubSpot Klaviyo Salesforce) required.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55000 USD - $77000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
