Join us as our new Product Owner for the R&D Portfolio Management System (InnoPro)

We are expanding our digital capabilities in R&D and are looking for a new colleague to take ownership of our enterprise Project & Portfolio Management platform InnoPro. This is a strategic role at the intersection of innovation digitalization and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for driving the platforms development adoption and integration across the organization.

Welcome to Innovation & Portfolio Excellence

You will join the Innovation & Portfolio Excellence (IPE) team a central function within R&D that enables strategic decision-making and operational excellence across our innovation pipeline. We are a collaborative and forward-thinking team that supports one another through shared ownership open communication and a strong culture of knowledge-sharing.

The team is responsible for maintaining and evolving InnoPro delivering strategic portfolio reporting and developing and maintaining our innovation models and ways of working for our 2000 colleagues across the R&D organization. We work closely with Project Directors and R&D leadership to embed best practices and deliver strategic impact.

Looking ahead we will focus on expanding InnoPros capabilities integrating AI and predictive analytics and leading the adoption of digital tools across R&D project & portfolio management. We are also exploring new ways to support data stewardship resource forecasting and innovation governance to ensure Novonesis remains at the forefront of digital R&D management.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Owning the strategic roadmap for InnoPro and leading its development through upcoming waves (business case time tracking forecasting AI)
• Driving adoption of AI and Microsoft Power Platform technologies to enhance portfolio management and decision-making
• Coordinating with IT R&D Finance and external vendors to ensure system integration performance and compliance
• Managing the vendor relationship and product budget ensuring cost-effective delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
• Leading user onboarding training and change management initiatives to ensure high adoption and data quality

To succeed you must hold:

• Preferably a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field
• Preferably 5 years of professional experience in product ownership digital transformation or enterprise system implementation within a complex organizational environment
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and project portfolio management tools
• Experience with AI data analytics and enterprise system integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative and strategic mindset
• Familiarity with AI agents Microsoft Copilot Studio Microsoft Fabric and Power BI is a plus as is experience with Projectums Power PPM platform which forms the foundation of InnoPro
