About the role
As our newProductManageryoullplay a key role in shaping digital products that empower our customers and teams across Europe.
Youllbeworking closely with a cross-functional squad todefine prioritiesuncoveropportunitiesand deliver solutions that create real impact.
Youllbe part of our Tech and Product teamwhereyou will have a dual focus: driving the development of great digital products and ensuringthatthe operational processes behind these products areoptimizedfor efficiency and scalability.

Letsdive into your key responsibilities!
- Lead cross-functional teams to define build and deliver impactful product initiatives.
- Ensure strong collaboration and alignment across teams to maintain clarity focus and momentum.
- Work closely with Design and Engineering to define prioritize and ship solutions that enhance core user experiences.
- Use data research and stakeholder input to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
- Own execution from discovery to delivery tracking outcomes and continuously iterating based on feedback and performance.
- Contribute to product planning and help shape the roadmap in alignment with company strategy and objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial Operations and Leadership to make informed data-driven decisions.
The need-to-have skills
- Experience as aProductManager ideally in a transactional marketplace or SaaS environment.
- Strong product intuition you can identifyuser needs and work collaboratively to define smart scalable solutions.
- Collaborative mindset you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy enabling your team to do great work.
- Understanding of product discovery agile delivery and iterative development practices.
- Excellent communication skills you can clarify complexity and bring others along the journey.
The nice-to-have skills
- Experience in automotive B2B software or cross-border trading is a plus but notrequired
