Job Summary
Permanent Full-Time Educators (Certificate III or Diploma Qualified)
Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes Springfield Lakes QLD
Salary: $30.93 $34.83/hour
Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is a welcoming 75-place service with warm learning spaces and engaging outdoor play areas including sandpits a bike track climbing wall teepee bush tucker garden and vegetable and herb gardens. We spark curiosity and support every childs learning journey through play exploration and care.
We are currently looking for passionate qualified Educators to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

What You Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Current Blue card valid for paid work
First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis)
What Were Looking For
A nurturing and inclusive approach to early childhood education
Strong understanding of childrens developmental stages
Ability to create and implement engaging age-appropriate programs
Great communication skills to work with families and team members
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Previous experience as an Educator in early childhood (preferred)
