The Department of Spanish and Portuguese Studies at the University of Florida seeks an instructor at the rank of Lecturer (working title: Assistant Instructional Professor) with experience teaching online Spanish coordinating language courses at the university level and mentoring instructors (including graduate teaching assistants). This is a full-time twelve-month non-tenure-accruing position (promotion eligible) to be renewed on a year-to-year basis contingent on funding. The start date is August 16 2026. This position requires physical presence in the Gainesville FL area.
