What youll do...
- Lead user discovery through interviews surveys and contextual inquiries
- Analyze user journeys and synthesize data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align research with business objectives
- Translate research findings into recommendations for design and strategy
- Guide usability testing and iterate on solutions based on feedback
What Youll Bring:
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
