Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone email and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns and technical issues ensuring a prompt resolution.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and guiding clients through product features and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment).
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems and office software.
